RatonRAT User Agreement 1. Acceptance of Agreement By installing, accessing, purchasing or using RatonRAT, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms of this User Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you are not authorized to install, access, or use this software. 2. Purpose and Intended Use RatonRAT is a Remote Administration Tool (RAT) intended solely for legitimate purposes, including but not limited to: - System administration and monitoring - IT support and troubleshooting - Educational and research purposes in controlled environments Prohibited uses include, without limitation: - Unauthorized access to devices or networks - Spying, hacking, or surveillance of individuals without consent - Distribution of malware or any harmful software 3. Local File Activity RatonRAT may create, read, or modify local configuration files, logs, or identifiers within the user’s system (e.g., AppData). - These files are required for proper operation and device identification - Users retain control over local files and may remove them at any time - Deleting or modifying these files may affect functionality or access 4. Internet Connectivity & Data Privacy RatonRAT requires an active Internet connection to function correctly and communicates with central backend services to provide features such as authentication, device management, and abuse prevention. The software may transmit limited technical information, including but not limited to: - A unique device identifier - Hardware identifiers (HWID or equivalent) - Username associated with the installation - IP address (temporary, for security and rate-limiting purposes) Important clarifications: - No personal, financial, or content data is intentionally collected - No keystrokes, files, media, or private user data are harvested by default - No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking frameworks are used All data transmission is strictly related to security, authentication, and service integrity. 5. User Responsibility The user assumes full responsibility for any actions performed using RatonRAT. The developer ("S-illy") is not liable for: - Any damages to systems or data - Legal consequences arising from misuse - Loss of data, productivity, or business impact 6. Prohibited Actions Without limitation, the following actions are strictly forbidden: - Unauthorized surveillance, monitoring, or hacking - Selling, sharing, or distributing modified versions without credit - Using RatonRAT to harm people, organizations, or systems - Circumventing security software or defenses for malicious purposes Violation of these terms may result in legal action and reports. 7. Source Access & Attribution RatonRAT is not fully open-source. Users who access, decompile, or inspect the software agree that: - Such access is permitted only for educational or security research purposes - Redistribution, resale, or public release without permission is prohibited - Modified versions must clearly state they are derivative works - No modified version may claim original authorship 8. Legal Compliance You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. This agreement is governed by the laws of Chile. Improper use of RatonRAT may result in civil or criminal liability under cybercrime regulations. 9. Agreement Updates RatonRAT’s User Agreement may be updated at any time. Updates will be published on the official Telegram channel. Continued use of the software implies acceptance of the new terms. 10. System Requirements & Support Limitations RatonRAT is designed for Windows 10 and Windows 11, and has limited support for Windows 7–8. Requires .NET Framework 4.5–4.7.2. Technical support is not provided for: - Missing or incompatible .NET versions - Conflicts with antivirus, firewall, or third-party software - Issues caused by altered, unofficial, or pirated builds 11. No Warranty RatonRAT is provided “as is”. No warranties are expressed or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation. All risks, including loss of data, functionality issues, or system damage, are borne solely by the user. 12. Ethical Use & Misuse Disclaimer RatonRAT is intended for ethical and lawful purposes only. Use for illegal, unethical, or malicious purposes is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this agreement or applicable laws is solely the responsibility of the user. 13. Severability If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. 14. Acknowledgment By using RatonRAT, you confirm that you: - Have read and understood this User Agreement - Accept all terms and conditions - Understand that misuse can result in legal consequences 15. Account, Device & Access Enforcement To protect the integrity of the platform: - Each username and device identifier may be subject to uniqueness rules - Attempts to bypass identification, spoof devices, or alter client files may result in automatic restriction or blacklisting - Enforcement actions are automated (You can appeal in our Telegram)
